Unfortunately I am closing this blog. I have a lot of problems with Blogger (signing in, publishing...the little things) and am giving them the boot once and for all.
My new blog is at http://dailyadventures.wordpress.com and while it will be a bit more general than this one, I'll still be posting about the things I'm learning about food so I hope to see you there.
My quest to find a way of eating that makes me feel healthier, leaner and happy! On 1 April 2007 I'm starting Dr Furhman's Eat to Live Programme - hasta la vista junk food!
