Day 4 - PMT + Stress = ??

Come near me at your own risk is all I can say!
My work project is doing my head in and I am tired!!
On the plus side I ate a bit better today. Go figure...

B - smoothie (berries, banana, kiwifruit, spinach, flaxseed)
L - sushi
D- salad with hummus

I realise that as nice as the smoothie was, it's not the right time for me to have that kind of meal. It was hard for me to drink and just not appetising for me at that time of the day. I'm going to stick with my beans for breakfast and add some veges to the morning mix instead.

Oh yum I forgot about hummus. I need to make some again. :)

The pizza itself was not big. Maybe the size of a small salad plate. So the slices were very manageable. The tofu itself was not overwhelming. I used 1/8 of the tofu mixture for each pizza. So really not that much. It does look pretty though. I'm so darn proud of myself. I never used to cook before and know I'm creating stuff! Yay for me!

I agree with cravings and rebounds. I bought Andrew some trail mix and it has chocolate chips in it. I tried one of the chocolate chips and all of my old cravings came rushing back. It was so scary that I drank a ton of water and then made banana ice cream. :) How are you doing so far on the plan? Any detox symptoms?

How is everything going? I hope PMS isn't bringing you down!
